Rō homes are located in The Bridge District, a one-of-a-kind riverfront neighborhood located in West Sacramento. The neighborhood was built around community, good design, art and creating a meaningful relationship with the outdoors. Garden Park
The Bridge District was built around a beautiful central park, Garden Park. It was designed to bring the community together, offering built in seating, a shared garden and barbeques. Garden Park is steps away from Rō homes.
Waterfront Yoga
The neighborhood is located on the West side of the Sacramento River with a riverwalk that connects you to Downtown Sacramento. Waterfront Yoga is offered to the community free of charge on the Mill Street Pier.
Drakes: The Barn
Rō Homes are walkable to the one-of-a-kind Drake’s: The BARN which features food, beverages, and entertainment along the river.

The Bridge District is home to some of the coolest public art pieces in the region. Lining the riverwalk, on the pier and in the park, you will be surrounded by real art.
Rivercats Baseball
The Bridge District is home to Sutter Health Park and Sacramento River Cats! Nothing says Sacramento Summer like a baseball game overlooking the city. Did we mention fireworks? Living in TBD means you get a built-in firework show during the baseball season.
